Dogs are permitted. Bring your own clean-up bag.
Jogging strollers are welcome on the 5k walk or at the back of the runs.
NO GEAR CHECK. Use apple pay to purchase items at event or sign up for mobile pay pass after registering in confirmation link.
Suggested time to arrive is no later than 6:45am. Warm ups begin at 7:00am.

Parking is FREE and located at the entry to Ken Mercer Sports Park on the corner of Hopyard and Parkside Drive.
